Created Vendor Performance Report that lists Vendor Name, Materials Supplied, Planned & Actual Delivery Times, Payments
Terms and Prices.
Created a Report to display a list of Purchase Requisitions with details like MRP Controller, Release Date and Unit of
Measure along with standard details.
Created missing quantity list that gives the difference between sent and received quantities during Stock Transfer.
Created Report in Material Master that outputs Material Vaulted Stock, grouped by Material type and Plant.
The output shows Material No., Storage Location, Unit of Measure and Description in addition to group totals.
- Using the standard data conversion program uploaded the material master data from legacy system to SAP R/3 using flat

Created an Interactive Report for displaying vendor information. Based on the selection made the corresponding
Vendor Bank Details are listed such that the line selected in the basic list was visible along with the secondary list.
Designed and coded a BDC program for Sales Orders that updated records in the sales order screen or will
create New sales orders depending on the source data file from external systems using VA01 and VA02 transactions.
Created reports in SD module such as sales order report, which covers all organization levels, delivery status,
invoice status, shipping details and partner function details.
Data Conversions / Interfaces from Legacy Systems:
- Designed and implemented data migration from Legacy system to SAP R/3 using BDC.
Work included studying the source data in external system and subsequently identifying and mapping the corresponding Transaction,
Programs, Screens and Fields in the SAP system.
- Designed and coded a BDC program for Open Sales Orders that updated records in the sales order screen or will create New
sales orders depending on the source data file from external systems

CENTRALIZED MONITORING SYSTEM
. Requirement: Software to monitor allotment of funds at various levels in hierarchy of GC, their expenditure, status
of contracts. It included generating various reports and graphs based on the analysis done.
My Role: Team Member, I have helped my project manager in requirement analysis, data collection & designing the
system. Developed the Database, visual interface & the business logic with other team members using COM components.To
enhance the user interface and speed up the process special API calls were used.

DATARET for DILNET .
Requirement: It is a web-based application. It includes a client side application that communicates with the server
over the internet, checks various parameters and shows a popup at the user and collects the details of the user and submits
it to the database at server. Being a web application, security was an important issue.
My Role: Team Member, I interacted with the customer for requirements. My work included requirement analysis, design
and development of Database and server side application software. I designed the application logic and due to frequent requirement
changes I redesigned the whole application no of times. Along with Sr. Technical people, I also was part of group that designed
the security model.
Time Taken: Six Months.

DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM for NG,Chandigarh.
Requirement: S/W to manage all hard copies & soft-copies of documentation, manuals spread over LAN in NG,Chandigarh,Lots
of API Calls were used,it was quite a experience
